The Spring Street side of this large catering company houses the party planning staff, as well as the accounting and marketing departments.

The 3,500 sf office area connects to the kitchen through double swinging doors, which open to a loading bay in the center of Hudson Square. Storage is tucked away in banks between the two areas.

The 15' high ceilings are painted white to emphasize the airy space above the office enclosures. An open central area allows the possibility of expanding work stations in the future.
